Linda has been coming to Florida since the 1980's and first purchased a home in the Edgewater area and then after visiting her son in the Melbourne area, fell in love with it and moved there full time in 2009. She obtained her real estate license in 2011 and brings with her a wealth of experience and business acumen to the world of real estate. She was actively involved growing up with the family business and then owned two other businesses for 40 years. Additionally, she always invested in real estate opportunities by owning rentals, both residential and commercial. She prides herself in exceptional customer service and loves working with people, so real estate fits her perfectly. Linda likes to share with her clients that she is a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a volunteer and a single-engine pilot; and also thinks of herself as a friend to whoever needs one. She believes in giving back to her community and has served in the Civil Air Patrol in the Space Coast Sq. which provided space shuttle reconnaissance until 2014. Additionally, she served in the Brevard County Schools as a volunteer until the Covid 19 pandemic and has volunteered at Promise of Brevard. Most of her volunteer time has been spent at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Indialantic, FL where most recently she has become the liaison for the mission committee to The Children's Hunger Project in Brevard.
